PATRICK KWOK

Patrick Kwok (郭) is the founder and principal of Rick Kuo Coaching, a multi-disciplinary coaching and consulting practice located in Sydney, Australia. Rick Kuo Coaching utilises practical real-life knowledge, skills and experience to help others grow professionally and personally, and to guide them in fulfilling their vast potential.

Patrick studied architecture at the University of New South Wales (UNSW), graduating with honours in Bachelor of Architecture. After working some years as an Architect, Patrick developed an interest in information technology and completed a Master of Applied Information Technology degree at Monash University while working at an eHealth organisation. His passion for people also led him to complete a Diploma of Counselling at the Australian Institute of Professional Counsellors (AIPC).

During his career, Patrick has worked across multiple industries, including financial services, information technology, telecommunications, construction, health and retail. While working at various major corporations as a Program Director, Patrick coached and mentored many of his direct reports and team members to help them grow professionally and advance their careers. It was during these times that Patrick came to the realisation of his passion for coaching and mentoring.
